We do deliveries in Calgary on Tuesdays during the summer when the Farmers Markets we attend are running, and on Tuesdays and every other Friday during the winter!

 Red Deer deliveries are done on Thursdays! 
Fresh can be made available if we are given at least 2 weeks notice.
